On Thursday night St Martins had our school concert at Parade College. All classes have been practicing their acts since the beginning of term, and finally the day was here!
In the holding room, there were last minute costume fixups and lots of excited and nervous faces! The preppies went to our own little room to watch a movie and get our costumes ready.
We could all feel the butterflies in our stomachs as we waited backstage to go on! It was so exciting. The other preps performed and we had our turn too. We performed 'Mr Clicketty Cane' and were dressed in lots of food and items from the song. The kids were fantastic! They looked so adorable up there in front of all those people!
I was so proud of their efforts, and everybody had a wonderful time.
